These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at leilajasim.com. The provider and your contractual partner is:<\/p>\n

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.<\/p>\n

2. Conclusion of contract<\/h2>\n

The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you place a binding offer to purchase the products in your basket. I confirm receipt of your order immediately by e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded once I dispatch the goods, provide the digital content, or expressly confirm acceptance.<\/p>\n

The contract text is stored and sent to you together with these terms and the withdrawal policy by e-mail. The contract language is German or English.<\/p>\n

3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n

All prices stated are final prices. As a small business within the meaning of \u00a7 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), I do not charge value added tax and therefore do not show it separately. When shipping physical goods, the delivery costs shown during the order process are added.<\/p>\n

Payment is possible by PayPal, credit card, Klarna or advance bank transfer. The available payment methods are shown during the order process. For advance transfer, I will send you the bank details in the order confirmation; the goods are dispatched after receipt of payment.<\/p>\n

4. Delivery and shipping costs<\/h2>\n

Physical goods (printed books) are printed and dispatched via a print and fulfilment service provider to the delivery address you provide. Shipping costs are shown before you complete the order. Within Germany the shipping cost is 6 \u20ac; a surcharge shown during the order process applies to deliveries to Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>\n

5. Digital content (eBooks and downloads)<\/h2>\n

Digital products, for example eBooks as PDF or EPUB, are provided to you as a download after conclusion of the contract. You need a suitable device and software to open the files. There is no entitlement to delivery on a physical medium.<\/p>\n

For digital content, your right of withdrawal expires once I have begun performance after you have expressly consented to my beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

6. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in my withdrawal policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

7. Retention of title<\/h2>\n

The delivered goods remain my property until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n

8. Liability for defects<\/h2>\n

Statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods or a digital content item are defective, you have the statutory rights. In case of defects, please contact me by e-mail and we will find a solution together.<\/p>\n

9. Copyright and rights of use<\/h2>\n

All delivered content, printed and digital, is protected by copyright. Digital content is intended solely for your personal use. Passing on, reproduction or making available to third parties is not permitted without my consent.<\/p>\n

10. Dispute resolution<\/h2>\n

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr. I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.<\/p>\n

11. Final provisions<\/h2>\n

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.<\/p>\n
