Not for the first time; ME\/CFS hit me completely cold and unprepared. Quite literally, I spent a long time gasping for air, trying not to go under and getting used to this new situation.<\/p><p>Today I keep going. I want more than just not going under or merely existing with ME\/CFS. I want to live, breathe and grow.
