My experience

An inexpensive one is all you need

There are countless mats in every price range. I bought my first one in Spain at Alehop for 9.90 €, and it is still great today. In Berlin I then stood in front of a huge selection and felt completely overwhelmed by the prices. Maybe the more expensive ones are better, I did not have the money and I am still happy with my inexpensive one today.

What it does

Why I use it

A short overview of what I notice in myself. Described honestly, without promises.

How I use it

The moments when it works for me

Directly on the skin

With a little oil, which makes the sensation more pleasant and the practice easier.

For pain

Especially during a Crash, when the nerve pain is intense. The strong stimulus often overrides it.

For inner restlessness

When I cannot settle into rest, sometimes simply when I am bored.
