Breathing Exercises

A playlist of breathing videos for different moments, free to use.

What it is about

The shortest path into your rest system

The breath is the only autonomous body system you can control consciously. Through the breath you reach the vagus nerve, and through the vagus nerve the parasympathetic nervous system. In short, the breath is the shortest path into your rest system.

I have collected and organised the videos in this playlist over time. Some are short, some longer. Some for the morning, some for hard moments, some for falling asleep.

The videos

Breathe along visually, without counting

I found it hard to count along during breathing exercises. So I created videos that set the rhythm visually. You simply follow the movement on the screen and breathe along.

Each exercise has its own purpose. Some calm you, some help you fall asleep, some give you structure in hard moments. So you quickly find the right exercise for your situation.
