Tidal Faces
Im Flow mit Long Covid: the German podcast that looks at Long Covid differently. I invite you to change the perspective together with me.
What if ME/CFS is the best thing that could have happened to me?
I jumped into the cold water. Not for the first time; ME/CFS hit me completely cold and unprepared. Quite literally, I spent a long time gasping for air, trying not to go under and getting used to this new situation.
Today I keep going. I want more than just not going under or merely existing with ME/CFS. I want to live, breathe and grow. I am still in the cold water, yet now I take my time to look around and find beauty, strength and potential.
Impulses, meditations and conversations
